The valve bringing water into my toilet was faulty which caused a bit of flooding. My living room floor is being replaced and my powder room is being remodeled.
The toilet and vanity were removed and this is what we found. EWWWW.
Of course the dog is very interested in what is in that hole. If you want to see more pictures of the before, including the neighboring laundry room check out my flickr acct.

That looks like a nightmare. I'm going through similar things now that we are moving back after the fire. And when did you get a tween?
